“New research is being conducted on identifying the barriers and facilitators of using hearing aids among deaf teenagers. The researchers are looking for participants to complete a short online survey, that fit the following requirements:
- Aged 13 to 18 years.
- Using or have been advised to use a hearing aid in at least one ear.
- Attending mainstream education.
- Over 16s taking part should be able to read and understand the participant information sheet and provide informed consent.
- Under 16s taking part should be able to read and understand the simplified participant information sheet and additionally will be asked for parental consent.
- All consent takes place within the survey, accessed from the link below.
