Following on from the booklet ‘Hearing to Succeed and Achieve’, the Ewing Foundation has created a booklet suitable for families with children who are being aided for glue ear and about to start (or already at) school to provide information and advice for their child’s class teacher.
The booklet is succinct, containing just the key information needed for busy class teachers.
- It explains what glue ear is and how it can make listening hard work and tiring.
- It outlines the simple steps that can be taken to help children to hear at school.
- It provides information about improving the listening environment.
