In this session, we’ll discuss the emotional impact that bringing up a deaf child can have on parents.
A guest speaker will join us to talk about their experiences of raising a deaf child, choosing childcare and supporting their child through the early years.
This session will help you:

- understand the transition process and what parents look for when choosing a childcare setting
- understand how best to support and communicate with parents throughout their child’s time with you
