Ofqual is seeking views on the exceptional arrangements it has set out for awarding vocational and technical qualifications, and general qualifications (other than GCSEs, AS and A levels).

BATOD will be submitting a response mainly highlighting the need for the involvement of a QToD in the process where deaf candidates are involved.
